How do you pay for your energy

If you pay your supplier by direct debit or on receipt of your bill, please confirm you have less than £300 of debt on your account.  If you have more than £300 of debt on your account, we are unable to issue a household fund voucher, but can offer advice on resolving this issue.

I have more than £300 of debt on my energy account and give permission for Citizens Advice East Devon to refer me to RESET to offer advice on how to reduce this debt.

Citizens Advice East Devon are part of a group of offices offering an additional service for energy related issues, the project is called Energy RESET.   By applying for the HSF vouchers you will automatically be signed up to the Energy RESET offer, which provides energy advice, as well as help with billing issues and energy debt
