September Update
EXMOUTH OFFICE IS NOW OPEN EVERY MONDAY 0930 - 1230
TELEPHONE UPDATE
We have changed our phone number with immediate effect.
Please now call 0808 250 5703
During lockdown we were tied into a 5 year contract for an online phone system, which has cost us £1,000 per month for the last 5 years. This contract expired on August 31st. We are moving onto our national Citizens Advice phone system, but for technical and administrative reasons this changeover has not happened smoothly. This is out of our hands and we are extremely frustrated, but the old number will die this weekend rather than be forwarded to the new number. We are very sorry if you have been trying to call the old number and struggled to contact us. We wish the change could have been "invisible" but it wasn't. Sorry.

August Update
We are Pausing
Household Support Fund Vouchers
Completing Forms
Unfortunately we are experiencing unprecedented demand for assistance with completing forms.
This includes Personal Independence Payment (PIP), Attendance Allowance (AA), Universal Credit (UC) and Disability Living Allowance (DLA). We are really sorry but we are unable to offer any assistance at the moment.
This will be reviewed again at the start of October. Please keep an eye on our website and social media for updates on the situation and you will also find self help guidance.
