If you are worried about money and if you get enough help with your benefits then come and talk to us. We will check that you are receiving everything that you are entitled to and can help you work your way through the application process.
Advice and Advocacy
Here at Citizens Advice we are determined to help! We may not know the answer but we are happy to investigate. And if you come to us with one issue, we will ask you what else we can do to help. We can also act as advocates - if you just want someone to help you talk to a company or organisation and find out what is going on, we would be delighted to help.

Household Support Fund
The government has issued funds to support those who may need a little extra help. If you have a prepayment energy meter and feel you may qualify then please look at the scheme details here
Debt Advice
If you have any concerns about money come and talk to us. We can work out a budget plan for you and help you sort out your finances. We can talk to people and help you work out payment plans and get you back on track.
You are not alone in this financial crisis, we see a lot of people who cannot keep up with rising bills and rising food costs.
The sooner you talk to us, the more we can do to help.
Families and Children
We are working with Action For Children and many local schools to help young families cope with rising costs and bureaucracy, and we can help you too. Get in touch and learn about how we can help parents get the best for their children.
