Household Support Fund Vouchers

We are trialling a new way of accessing the vouchers, please follow this link Household Support Fund Vouchers and complete the questionnaire. There are some actions that need to be completed, which are explained. We will not be running drop in sessions this year, you do need to complete the form. You do not have to be getting benefits to get help.
Once the form is completed, we will process the claim, completing fraud checks and then issue the vouchers. We plan to process your application within 4 working days, but please bear with us if the process takes longer.
If you are experiencing financial hardship, please submit a request via our website for an adviser to contact you and discuss potential support.

We will prioritise first time claimants, to ensure the funding reaches as many households as possible across East Devon.

Please be aware that after claiming two lots of vouchers, before a third is issued, we will arrange for an Adviser to contact you to complete a full benefit check and any further advice that may be helpful.

By applying for the vouchers you will automatically be signed up to the Energy RESET offer, which provides energy advice, as well as help with billing issues and energy debt.

Please be aware that you can only make a request for vouchers when the funding is open, please keep an eye on our website for up to date information and you cannot request more vouchers for a minimum of 12 weeks since the last vouchers were issued to you.
